  5. Great customer service

Us Doxtors strive to deliver on all these points with every single job that comes our way. However it’s point 5 where we really get to shine and go above and beyond to ensure our customers are kept happy. Happy customers make happy doxtors! 🙂

A very satisfied (and delighted!) customer

Recently we were sent a project from Paisley Grammar School in Scotland for 110 Hardback Books for their students. To cut a long (and not particularly interesting) story short, it took longer for us to finish the books than we had originally expected due to a technical issue. Therefore, in order for us to meet the client’s deadline, one of our lovely Doxtors, Craig, drove all the way up there to deliver the books in person. A whopping 400 miles taking over 6 1/2 hours. Now that is what we call ‘Great Customer Service’ and we’re delighted that our customer was delighted with the books!

Every now and again things do go wrong, or projects will go a little adrift, but it’s how they get put right that counts. Nobody can be 100% perfect, but us Doxtors do our very best to get as close as we possibly can!!
